PARTICULARIDADES DEL ESPIRITU EMPRENDEDOR EN LOS JOVENES DE LA CIUDAD DE TARIJA

Resumen

El presente estudio analiza el perfil del espíritu emprendedor de los jóvenes de colegio de los dos últimos años y de universidad en su primer y segundo año, el estudio tiene como principal objetivo analizar las particularidades del espíritu emprendedor en los jóvenes en Tarija. Se utilizo un diseño no experimental, transversal, a través de la encuesta y grupo focal a las poblaciones citadas, teniendo como base teórica variables de: necesidad de logro, constancia, confianza en sí mismo, liderazgo y autonomía. El estudio aporta datos muy interesantes los cuales permite afirmar que los jóvenes de colegio y universidad en los segmentos que se enfocó el estudio tienen rasgos y espíritu emprendedor, se percibe que tienen un enfoque innovador orientado al sector servicios, pero a medida que van cursando ciclos mayores como de universidad estos se ven opacados por el miedo al riesgo o por las dificultades que van percibiendo para emprender que puede ser producto de su madurez.

ABSTRACT 
his study analyzes the profile of the entrepreneurial spirit of college youth of the last two years and university in its first and second year, the main objective of the study is to analyze the particularities of the entrepreneurial spirit among young people in Tarija. A non-experimental and transversal design was used, through the survey and focal group of the aforementioned populations, having as a theoretical basis variables of: need for achievement, perseverance, self-confidence, leadership and autonomy. The study provides very interesting data which allows to affirm that the young people of college and university in the segments that focused the study have traits and enterprising spirit, it is perceived that they have an innovative approach oriented to the service sector, but as they go through cycles As university students, these are overshadowed by the fear of risk or by the difficulties they perceive to undertake that may be the product of their maturity.
